About the Role
Program Supervisors assess, design, and oversee the implementation of therapy programs, and directly support all of a child's team members, including therapists, and parents. Program Supervisors typically have several years of experience and may hold post graduate qualifications in behaviour analysis, or be a Board Certified Behaviour Analyst
Key Role Responbilities
Conducting Assessments, such as the IISCA, VB-MAPP, ESDM, Vineland-3 and more.
Designing, implementing, and monitoring individualised and evidence based interventions, including Skills-Based Treatment, Functional Communication Training, and Functional Life Skills
Preparing reports on client progress and outcomes, assessment findings, or for the NDIS as required.
Conducting training for behaviour technicians, on client programs, or general behaviour analytic service delivery
Monitoring and shadowing behaviour technicians and their clinical services
Implementing parent training programs
Role Requirements
BCBA or BCaBA Certification desired, or post graduate qualifications in relevant field such as psychology or behaviour analysis (or working towards)
Minimum 3 years Experience providing Behaviour analytic services
Experience Implementing functional behaviour and developmental assessments, such as IISCA, ESDM, VB-MAPP, Vineland-3, and more
Skilled at analysing needs and assessment results, designing appropriate individual treatment plans and behavioural programs, training the therapy team, and monitoring progress.
Demonstrates competency to provide supervision to behaviour technicians – through coaching and assessing team members to develop their clinical skills in a way which encourages engagement and ongoing learning
Implementing Parent Training programs, with a focus on generalisation and maintenance.
